Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a supportive and collaborative environment? Join our team in Le Sueur, MN, where you’ll work with a diverse student population in beautiful new facilities!
Position Details
- Openings: 2 Full-Time SLPs (Onsite preferred, open to VOCO candidates)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Caseload:
- Serving PreK–Grade 5 and Grades 6–12 across two buildings located next to each other.
- Caseload of 55-70 students (with ongoing dismissal of students who have met goals).
- Initial evaluations estimated at 5 for the remainder of the year.
- Re-evaluations expected for approximately one-third of the caseload (about 40).
- Facilities:
- Brand-new elementary school with a dedicated SLP room.
- Collaborative staff and a case facilitator available for day-to-day support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services.
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and manage IEPs.
- Work collaboratively with staff and families to support student success.
- Contribute to streamlining caseload management and dismissing students who have met goals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP licensure in Minnesota.
- Experience in school-based settings preferred.
