Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality speech and language services. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement treatment plans, provide therapy sessions, and assist in improving communication skills for students or clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assist in the assessment and tracking of client progress.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support speech and language development.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).
• Experience working with children/students (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
