Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Columbus, NE
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans and activities.
• Conduct screenings and assist in assessments as directed.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Valid state licensure or certification as an SLPA (if required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred but not required.
