Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet students' unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, aides, and other educators.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt instructional strategies and materials to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience working with students with profound disabilities is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
