Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs to meet the specific needs of students.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to provide the best support for each student.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Alabama Special Education Teacher certification.
• Experience working with students who have mild to moderate disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students succeed.
