Position Overview We are hiring a Special Education Teacher to work onsite with K-6 students. This position focuses on supporting a caseload of 16 students, offering personalized instruction and guidance to meet diverse learning needs. The role requires collaboration with fellow educators, participation in IEP meetings, and the implementation of individualized learning plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

• Provide direct instruction and support in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians

• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions

• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting instruction as needed

Requirements

• Active Ohio Special Education Teaching License (Required)

• Experience working with K-6 students preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

• Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
