Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support services to students.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and create individualized plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address barriers to student success.
• Assist in crisis intervention and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to student services.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active Illinois School Social Worker license or Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
