Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Dedham, MA

We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Dedham, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite in a supportive school environment and make a real difference in students' lives.

Position Overview:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: February 2024 (extension possible)
• Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Location: Onsite in Dedham, MA
• Caseload: Elementary and Middle School settings, working with students with a range of disabilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized support plans to students.
• Apply strong ABA skills to support positive behavioral outcomes.
• Collaborate with school staff to create an inclusive, supportive environment.
• Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification/license required.
• Comfortable working with various disabilities.
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices.
