Job Opportunity: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Transition Program
Location: Lake Stevens, WA
Hours: 27.5 hours per week (with potential to increase to 30 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students in a transition program setting.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist with transportation and other duties as needed to support students and increase hours.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with students and staff.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Schedule & Details:
- 27.5 hours per week, with potential to increase to 30 hours.
- Multiple positions available.
- Interviews are being conducted ASAP.
