Hiring Physical Therapist in Lawrence, MA

Part-Time Physical Therapist (K-8) – 2024-2025 School Year
Location: Lawrence, MA 

Position Details:

• Start Date: August 2024 | End Date: June 2025.
• Hours: 12 hours per week.
  • 10 hours providing direct PT services.
  • 2 hours for travel between CDCPS campuses.
• Flexible workdays and hours within 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Location: Onsite across CDCPS campuses in Lawrence, MA.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and students.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple campuses.
• Must pass a CORI check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to K-8 students in collaboration with school staff.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Travel between campuses to ensure consistent support across the district.
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
