Job Title: Paraprofessional

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Paraprofessional to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. This role provides vital support to both students and staff, helping foster a productive and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instruction
• Work directly with students to support their academic and developmental needs
• Provide 1:1 or small group assistance as needed
• Help implement lesson plans and learning activities

Requirements:
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

• Unofficial transcripts showing a minimum of 60 semester hours, or
• Valid MI Teaching Certificate, or
• ETS Parapro Assessment: A passing score of 460 is required, or
• College Board SAT (taken on or after 3/5/16): Evidence-Based Reading & Writing score of 480 and Mathematics score of 530
• Discontinued Tests: Workeys is acceptable if taken before 6/1/2017
