Position Details

• Location: Fairview, OR
• Dates: February 10, 2025 – May 14, 2025
• Hours: 15 hours per week
• Schedule: Wednesdays and one additional flexible day per week
• Caseload: Mixed caseload (PK-12) across 8 district schools (specific details to be shared during interviews)
• Work Type: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services tailored to the needs of students in a PK-12 setting.
• Travel between schools to support a diverse caseload effectively.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to promote student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Oregon.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
