Job Description:
Bilingual Therapies is hiring a full-time Paraprofessional to work onsite in an autism program in Joliet, IL for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with mild to severe needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and one-on-one support for students in an autism program

• Assist in implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student progress

• Maintain structure and support a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with special needs (autism preferred)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

• High school diploma or equivalent (Paraprofessional certification may be required by district)
