Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Tuscaloosa, AL
Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a BCBA in Tuscaloosa, AL, to support students across multiple schools. You'll conduct behavior assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with staff and families to address students needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide behavior analysis services and create individualized plans.
Work with teachers, staff, and parents to implement strategies.
Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions.
Ensure compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field.
Current license or certification in behavior analysis or a related area.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
Experience working with students or clients with behavioral challenges.
