Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Framingham, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Duration: ASAP – December 20th

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in Framingham, MA. This full-time position involves working with an elementary caseload across three schools. The role includes conducting behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with school staff to support students needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis services and develop individualized plans for students.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to implement behavior strategies.
• Conduct evaluations, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable school regulations.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA licensure/certification in Massachusetts.
• Prior school-based experience.
• Ability to complete CORI and fingerprinting requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students with Autism and behavioral challenges.
• Special Education certification is preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered.
• Comfortable with technology and virtual learning tools.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to fit a remote setting and meet diverse student needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
