Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Onsite – California

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a full-time role supporting students across the district. This is an onsite position, with a focus on elementary schools.

Position Details

Location: California (Itinerant across the district, primarily elementary schools)
Start/End Dates: December 3, 2024 – June 13, 2025
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
Caseload: Approximately 43 students

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and families.
Collaborate with school staff to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans and adjust as needed.
Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.

Qualifications

Required:
Active BCBA credential through BACB
ORA
Valid California Education Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology with Autism Authorization.

Experience in school settings is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
