Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Onsite – California
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a full-time role supporting students across the district. This is an onsite position, with a focus on elementary schools.
Position Details
- Location: California (Itinerant across the district, primarily elementary schools)
- Start/End Dates: December 3, 2024 – June 13, 2025
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
- Caseload: Approximately 43 students
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and families.
- Collaborate with school staff to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans and adjust as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Active BCBA credential through BACB
ORA - Valid California Education Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology with Autism Authorization.
