Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to ensure successful implementation of behavioral strategies.
• Monitor and adjust behavior plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
• Provide expertise in classroom management and behavioral support across the district.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with a diverse range of students, from elementary through high school, is a big plus.
• Strong ability to work independently and adapt strategies to a small district setting.
• Passion for making a difference in students’ lives through effective behavior management.

Position Details:

• Part-time role with flexible hours (exact schedule TBD).
• Work across the district without the responsibility of supervising RBTs.
