Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite SLP services across two schools within a 5-mile radius.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ communication needs.
  • Utilize AAC knowledge/experience to assist students effectively.
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate records of progress.

Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon SLP license required.
  • Experience with AAC devices and tools is essential.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Position Details:

  • Classroom: Traveling between 2 schools within 5 miles
  • Hours per Week: Full-Time (40 hours, Monday – Friday)
  • Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan
  • Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year
  • Onsite: Yes, this position is fully onsite
