Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week | Mild to Moderate Caseload

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students in K-5th grade for the full 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students K-5th grade
• Work in dual language classrooms with a focus on speech and resource services
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech and language disorders
• Provide therapy for articulation, language development, and communication support
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student

Position Details:

• Classroom: Primarily 1 elementary school
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Contract Duration: Full school year, with an option to extend for the 2024-2025 school year

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Valid Illinois SLP License
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
  • Experience with elementary-age students and dual language classrooms is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
