Exciting Opportunity: School-Based SLP in Dekalb, Illinois (1 Opening)

We're looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Dekalb, IL! Whether you have experience working with early childhood, PreK, or elementary school (K-5) students with autism, we have the right caseload for you. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on students' communication skills and be part of a supportive school environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs, including early childhood or elementary (K-5) and autism classrooms.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the success of students.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP licensure in Illinois.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience with early childhood, PreK, or elementary students preferred.

Position Details:

  • Classroom: Early Childhood/PreK or Elementary (K-5) autism classrooms
  • Hours per Week: Full-Time (40 hours per week), part-time also accepted
  • Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience and licensure

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

Contract Duration: ASAP - May 23, 2025, with the option to extend into the 2024-2025 school year.
