Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction and support for students with special needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs to address academic, social, and behavioral goals.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Track and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Maintain an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education License in New Jersey required.
• Previous school-based experience is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 students with varying needs.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

• Contract Duration: Current school year with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
