Full Time Special Education Teacher Needed -- 22/23 SY

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for a contract position located near East Orange, New Jersey. This is an excellent school district with lots of support with wonderful colleagues and students. 

Job Type:

• Full time: 37.5- 40 hours per week
• In person
• 22/23 school year
• Elementary caseload

Qualifications:

• Requires at least a Bachelor's in Education
• Need to have prior Special Education school-based experience 
• Special Education license for state of NJ
• This candidate does NOT have to be bilingual. All are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• In class resource support for grades K-4th 
• Able to attend full school days from 7:45am to 4pm Monday through Friday
• Attend IEP meetings and give input on IEP goals and progress
• Keep progress reports on students
• Work with paraprofessionals and other teachers in class
