We are looking for two compassionate School Social Workers to join our team in Baltimore, MD. These positions offer flexibility, with full-time and part-time opportunities available, as well as options for 10-month or 12-month programs. Caseloads will vary, typically ranging from 40-60 students with diverse needs and disabilities. The ideal candidates will provide essential support to students, helping them navigate social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that impact their academic success.

Position Details:

• Openings: 2 positions available
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time options
• Program Length: 10-month and 12-month programs available
• Caseload: 40-60 students with varying disabilities
• Setting: Onsite, school-based
• Requirements: Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maryland

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and emotional support to students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Conduct assessments to identify social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Assist with crisis intervention, behavior management, and resource coordination
• Advocate for students and connect them with community-based support services
