We are looking for a dedicated School Social Worker to join a supportive team in Rifle, Colorado. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a difference in the lives of K-12 students across a mixed caseload. Responsibilities:

• Provide social services and counseling to K-12 students with a variety of needs
• Develop and implement individualized support plans
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources
• Assist students in overcoming social, emotional, and behavioral challenges

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Colorado Social Worker License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
• Must be able to work onsite (no virtual options available)

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12, mixed caseload
• Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary
