Position Highlights:

Role: Full-Time Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)
Setting: Middle School Caseload
Program: Supporting an in-district program focused on student development
Hours per Week: Full-time, following the school schedule
Contract Duration: Current school year 2024-2025

Responsibilities:

Provide targeted behavior therapy and interventions for middle school students.
Work closely with teachers and staff to implement behavior support plans.
Collect and track data on student progress.
Support the social and emotional needs of students in an inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with middle school students is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
