School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Townsend, MA

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a dynamic school team in Townsend, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting students in grades 5-6 with behavior support plans, implementing interventions, and providing hands-on training for staff. Responsibilities:

• Support individual students with behavior support plans
• Run behavior programs such as DRAs, DROs, and more
• Model behavior intervention strategies for paraprofessionals and teachers
• Monitor and track student progress
• Collaborate with the special education team to enhance student outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience working with students in a school setting, especially in behavior support, is a plus

Position Details:

• Location: Townsend, MA
• Caseload: 10-13-year-olds (Grades 5-6)
• Hours per Week: 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, plus 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
• Dates: ASAP – ESY around June 17th, 2025
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience
