We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Program Teacher to work with Special Education students aged 18-21 in Chester, Pennsylvania. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) starts ASAP and runs through June 13, 2025. Responsibilities:

• Teach students in the 12+ program, focusing on life skills and academic subjects.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with state and district standards.
• Use formative assessments and differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
• Manage classroom behaviors and create a supportive, positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure individual learning needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Active PA Certification/Licensure is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required (must hold a valid emergency teaching permit).
• Must have experience in a school setting with strong classroom and behavioral management skills.
• Experience working in an urban school is preferred.
• Must be able to complete all PA clearances.

Position Details:

• Classroom: 12+ Special Education Program for students ages 18-21.
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours per week (Full-Time).
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
