Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students with varying needs
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to track and support student progress
• Update therapy plans based on student progress and needs
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist License required
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
