Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Reading, PA

Are you passionate about helping young children develop essential communication skills? We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to work with early intervention students in Reading, PA. This part-time role offers the opportunity to expand into a full-time position.

Position Details:

• Location: On-site in Reading, PA
• Schedule:
  • 3 full days per week initially
  • Will expand to 5 full days per week
• Caseload: Early intervention students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized speech and language therapy to early intervention students
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support student growth
• Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFs with relevant experience will be considered)
• Experience with early intervention or pediatric populations is a plus
