We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education (SPED) Teacher to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will support students with diverse learning needs by developing personalized education plans and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' needs.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and support personnel to optimize learning outcomes.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid New York State certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
