Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collaborate with teachers and parents.
• Provide training and supervision to staff members working with students with behavioral needs.
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must have BCBA certification.
• Experience in K-12 school settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Onsite, working with students from K-12 (caseload details TBD).
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (M-F).
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience and licensure.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: March 3rd, 2025 - June 20th, 2025, with potential to extend.
