Now Hiring: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Madison, NJ!
We’re looking for a full-time BCBA to join our team in Madison, New Jersey! Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments, interventions, and individualized support to elementary students with moderate behavior challenges.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create positive behavior support strategies.
• Conduct observations, data collection, and analysis of behavioral patterns.
• Provide ongoing training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license required.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions, data collection, and assessment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and parents.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary school students with moderate behavior issues.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Monday-Friday.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K.
• Contract Duration: ASAP Start - June 5, 2025, with the potential to extend for future school years.
