Join our team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Birmingham, AL! We are seeking a passionate professional to support students across a variety of schools with behavior analysis services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in social work, psychology, or behavior analysis to make a meaningful impact in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement and monitor behavior interventions in collaboration with teachers and staff.
- Provide consultation and training to school teams on behavior management techniques.
- Track and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure success.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support students' behavioral and academic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- License or Certification in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Learning and Behavior Analysis, Mental Health, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Experience working as a BCBA or in a related field.
Position Details:
- Classroom: Various schools across Birmingham, AL.
- Hours per Week: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Weekly Pay: Competitive salary, based on experience.
