Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a structured, engaging, and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with paras, staff, and families to support student growth
• Utilize innovative teaching strategies to address unique student needs

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Minnesota teaching license
• Preferred: Special Education licenses in ASD, DD, or DCD
• Open to Tier 1 or Out-of-Field Permissions candidates with strong potential
• Experience with cognitive disabilities and autism is highly desired

Position Details

• Location: Onsite in South Saint Paul, MN
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Caseload: Six (6) Kindergarten/1st-grade students supported by 3 paras
