Position Details:

• Location: Jefferson, ME
• Classroom: K-12 students
• Hours per Week: Full-time (40 hours)
• Onsite: Yes, in-person role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored IEPs to support the unique needs of students.
• Offer one-on-one and group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to foster a positive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and maintain comprehensive records.

Required Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Special Education Teaching License in Maine.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in a special education setting is an advantage.
