Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and manage small group instruction.
• Provide individual or group support to students as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Supervise students during activities and transitions.
• Support the implementation of behavior management strategies.

Qualifications:

• School experience is a must—prior experience in an educational setting is highly valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant training preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12
• Hours per Week: Full-time, 35 hours/week
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
