Responsibilities

Provide specialized instruction and support to visually impaired students
Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success
Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust strategies

Qualifications

Valid Pennsylvania Educator Credential for Visually Impaired (K-12) required
Strong understanding of visual impairment strategies and tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Job Details

Location: McVeytown, PA
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: 20-30 students with session durations ranging from 30 to 75 minutes
Weekly Pay: Competitive and consistent
Travel: Mileage reimbursement and travel stipend provided
