Highlights of the Role:

• Work with a manageable caseload of approximately 12 students
• Support students with varying disabilities in developing life skills for success
• Enjoy a four-day work week (Monday through Thursday), up to 37.5 hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to meet each student's needs

Qualifications:

• Active Idaho teaching certificate with a SPED endorsement
• Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Position Details:

• Location: Bonners Ferry, ID
• Hours: Full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Thursday)
• Classroom: Life Skills SPED Teacher for elementary students
