• Full-time, onsite position working with K-2nd grade students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide case management services for students.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to align subject matter with student needs.
• Track and monitor students' progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports growth.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Special Education Teacher License for the state of Maine.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Experience with K-2 students and managing Behavioral/Functional needs is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
