This full-time role offers the chance to work one-on-one with students who have unique needs, helping them develop essential life skills and succeed in a supportive environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Berlin, NH
• Position: Paraprofessional (Full Time)
• Caseload: Severe needs
  • Population: Non-verbal, Autism
  • Support: Intensive and sometimes violent behaviors; toileting assistance may be required
• Openings: 5 one-on-one positions
• Classrooms Available:
  • Life Skills Classroom (K-2)
  • Middle School

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support for students in life skills and behavioral needs
• Assist with daily activities, including personal care as needed
• Foster a positive and structured learning environment
• Collaborate with educators to ensure effective support for each student

Qualifications:

• License/Certification: Must meet New Hampshire requirements for Paraprofessionals
• Experience: Background in working with students with severe needs preferred
