Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage RBTs across 4-5 districts.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide consultation services to teachers and staff.
• Note: This position does not require direct student services.

Qualifications:

• License Required: Active BCBA certification in California.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Serving students across multiple K-12 districts.
• Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, with comprehensive benefits.

Contract Duration: Current school year (2024-2025)
