Responsibilities:

• Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure successful interventions
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide data-driven recommendations
• Train and support staff in behavior strategies and implementation

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with elementary-aged students
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• Contract Duration: Current school year with potential extension for summer and the 2024-2025 school year
