Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one assistance to an elementary student in a wheelchair.
• Assist with mobility and toileting needs (student weighs approximately 40 lbs).
• Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Promote the student's safety, comfort, and engagement during the school day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational or caregiving capacity is a plus.
• Comfortable providing toileting support and physical assistance as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a dedication to student success.
