We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dyslexia Therapist to join our team in Sherman, TX. The ideal candidate will provide specialized intervention to students with dyslexia, utilizing proven techniques to foster reading and learning success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct dyslexia screenings and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction tailored to students' needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.

Qualifications:

Required Training: Must have completed training through the Mimslec Training Site.
Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) or Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT) credential preferred.
Experience working with students with dyslexia in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of dyslexia and structured literacy interventions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
