Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction in a small group or 1:1 setting to ensure student success.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor and support student progress.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Special Education Teaching License.
• Experience working with students with a range of disabilities.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
