Are you passionate about supporting students in a bilingual setting? We are looking for dedicated Bilingual Paraprofessionals to join our team in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. If you're fluent in Spanish, Swahili, Russian, or German, and enjoy working with students, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to students under the direction of the teacher.
• Assist with academic tasks and individual learning needs.
• Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
• Help bridge language gaps to ensure students fully engage in lessons.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide the best learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish, Swahili, Russian, or German required.
• Associate’s degree or 60 college credits completed required.
• Experience in a school or child-related setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Onsite, assisting students in a variety of academic subjects.
• Hours per Week: 32.5 hours per week
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: Current school year, with potential to extend for the 2024-2025 school year.
