Bilingual Occupational Therapist - Pasadena, CA

Bilingual Therapies is dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching educational environment for all students. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students to enhance their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and school environments.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational goals.
• Monitor and document students' progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' occupational therapy needs.
• Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid California state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
