Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? We are seeking a Full-Time Paraprofessional for our K-2 caseload in Cheney, WA. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to helping students succeed, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Support students with special needs in their daily tasks and learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-2 students.
• Hours per Week: Full-time.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
