Become a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) in Framingham Make a Real Impact!

Are you committed to helping children overcome behavioral challenges and succeed? We’re seeking a compassionate RBT to work 1:1 with a kindergartener in Framingham, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a young student in a nurturing and dynamic environment while addressing specific behavioral needs.

Position Overview:

• Caseload: 1:1 with a kindergartener, working on trauma, aggression, bolting, and flopping behaviors.
• Schedule: 32.5 hours per week (onsite).
• Location: Framingham, MA
• Language: Portuguese bilingualism preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to address challenging behaviors
• Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and minimize disruptions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop strategies and track progress
• Work closely with parents and educators to ensure effective care and support

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification in Massachusetts
• Experience with children facing trauma and behavioral issues is preferred
• Bilingual in Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory

Position Details:

• Classroom: 1:1 therapy with a kindergartener
• Hours per Week: 32.5 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
