What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement personalized behavior plans for students across the district.
• Work alongside teachers, administrators, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Conduct assessments and use data to refine and improve intervention strategies.
• Offer expertise on behavior management while working independently, with no responsibility for supervising RBTs.

Who You Are:

• A certified BCBA with an active license.
• Experienced in working with students of different age groups (elementary to high school preferred).
• An adaptable problem-solver who can handle the unique challenges of a small district.
• Enthusiastic about fostering positive change and collaboration in education.
